Chicken Fillets

Vegetable Rice with Chicken Fillets Preparation Time: 10 Minutes Cooking Time: 45 minutes Servings: 4 Level of Difficulty: Medium


INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Alwadi Chicken Fillets

4 cups Rice

1 medium-sized Onion

½ cup chopped Carrots

600ml Corn Oil

3 cloves of minced Garlic

½ cup Peas

1 teaspoon Ginger (20 grams)

½ cup Corn

1 teaspoon Salt

1 Chicken Broth Cube

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1 tablespoon Allspice


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat oil in skillet. Fry chicken fillets until golden brown.
  2. Drain rice and wash again. Chop onion and carrots into small cubes.
  3. Oil saucepan. Add minced garlic and chopped onions. Fry until golden, then add 5 cups of water.
  4. Mix all spices and wait until water comes to a boil.
  5. Boil rice and cook over low heat.
  6. Garnish with parsley/nuts, and serve with chicken fillets and cucumber- yogurt salad.
