Rice with Chicken Fillets

1 bag of Alwadi Chicken Fillets

1 teaspoon black Pepper

3 cups Basmati rice

1 teaspoon Turmeric powder

1 Chicken Broth Cube

½ teaspoon Ginger powder

2 tablespoons Ketchup

2 tablespoons Soy sauce

Salt

Chili sauce (optional)


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a bowl, season rice with black pepper, turmeric, ginger powder and chicken broth.
  2. Heat oil in saucepan and add chicken fillets. Fry until golden brown.
  3. Add the seasoned rice and water. Let simmer over low heat until cooked.
  4. To prepare sauce, mix ketchup, soy sauce, salt and black pepper.
  5. Serve the rice with the sauce.
