Chicken Escalopes with White Sauce

Alwadi Chicken Escalopes

300 grams sliced Mushrooms

2 cloves of finely minced Garlic (25 grams)

1 spoon Butter (35 grams)

2 tablespoons Mayonnaise (70 grams)

2 tablespoons All-purpose Flour (70 grams)

1 cup Milk

3 tablespoons shredded Cheddar Cheese

Salt


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry Chicken Escalopes for 3 minutes.
  3. Heat butter in saucepan, and add minced garlic and flour.
  4. Mix then add milk, salt and a splash of vinegar. Stir the mixture until it thickens.
  5. Add sliced mushrooms, mayonnaise and shredded cheese. Stir for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve Chicken Escalopes with the white sauce.
