Alwadi Sour Burghol Kubbeh

INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Alwadi Burghol Kubbeh

3-4 tablespoons Tomato Paste (140-160 grams) or 200 grams finely chopped Tomatoes

7-8 cups of Water

2 Courgettes sliced into sticks (160 grams)

½ teaspoon Lemon juice (15 grams)

1 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoon Rice Flour or All-purpose Flour (30 grams)

Dried Mint Leaves (20 grams)


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Fry Alwadi Burghol Kubbeh.
  2. Add oil in saucepan, then add sliced courgettes.
  3. Fry until golden and add the chopped tomatoes. Pour water and let it boil.
  4. Add rice flour and salt. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add burghol kubbeh and cook for another 5 minutes while stirring.
  6. Finally, add lemon juice and dried mint leaves.
  7. Serve with rice.
