Alwadi Fried Kubbeh

INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Alwadi Burghol Kubbeh

2 bunches of Parsley, finely chopped

180 grams finely chopped Tomatoes

100 grams finely chopped Scallions

80 grams finely chopped Mint Leaves

150 grams fine Burghol soaked in cold water for 5 – 8 minutes

4 tablespoons Olive Oil (100 grams)

4 tablespoons Lemon Juice (60 grams)

900ml Vegetable Oil (for frying)


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat, then fry kubbeh until golden brown.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix parsley, tomatoes, scallions, mint leaves and burghol.
  3. Sprinkle olive oil and lemon on top.
  4. Serve fried kubbeh with tabbouleh.
