Kurdish Kebab Hotpot

INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Alwadi Kebab

4 medium-sized Tomatoes (320 grams)

1 large Eggplant (250 grams)

90 grams chopped Parsley

1 Onion (190 grams)

5 cloves of Garlic (60 grams)

1 tablespoon Allspice (60 grams)

3 tablespoons Tomato Paste (80 grams)

2 Chicken Broth Cubes

Salt, to taste


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place Alwadi kebabs in a pot, then add chopped onions, eggplant, tomatoes and garlic.
  2. Dissolve tomato paste and chicken broth cubes in hot water.
  3. Drizzle on top of kebab and chopped vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle some salt and cover pot with aluminum foil.
  5. Place pot in preheated oven at 160 degrees until cooked.
  6. Grill the top layer for 10 minutes and garnish with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve with white rice and salad.
