Sultan Kebab

INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Alwadi Kebab

1 Onion, cut into slices (220 grams)

3 Tomatoes, finely chopped into cubes (200 grams)

130 grams Peas

130 grams chopped Carrots

200 grams Cooking Cream

230 grams Mozzarella Cheese

4 Tortillas or Flatbread

1 tablespoon Tomato Paste (40 grams)

300ml Vegetable Oil

Salt and black Pepper, to taste


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Drizzle oil in a pot and heat over medium heat. Add kebabs and flip when cooked.
  2. Add onions, carrots and peas, and stir.
  3. Add tomato paste and cook.
  4. Spread the mixture in the tortillas and wrap.
  5. Place the wrapped tortillas in a pan, then add the cream and mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Cover with foil.
  7. Cook in oven for 15 minutes.
  8. Remove the foil and bake for 5 minutes until crusty.
