Meatballs with Yogurt Sauce

INGREDIENTS

1 bag of Alwadi Meat Balls

1 kg Yogurt (1000 grams)

80 grams chopped Coriander

60 grams minced Garlic

200 grams Vegetable Shortening or Olive Oil

1 tablespoon All-purpose Flour (50 grams)


INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Add 1 tablespoon of flour to yogurt in mixing bowl. Whisk.
  2. Place mix into pot, and heat over medium heat. Stir until it boils.
  3. Add meatballs into yogurt mix and let cook for 25-30 minutes.
  4. Drizzle olive oil in saucepan, and heat over medium heat.
  5. Add minced garlic, stir, then add chopped coriander.
  6. Finally, add garlic and coriander sauce over yogurt mix.
  7. Serve with rice and pickles.
