01Place oil and butter in saucepan, heat over medium heat, and fry the meatballs.
02Add onions and garlic. Stir until they soften.
03Add cooking cream, water, coriander and carrots.
04Let the mixture simmer over low heat until it thickens.
05Pour mixture into casserole and spread shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
06Cover with foil and place in oven for 12 minutes.
07Remove foil, and bake for a couple of minutes until crusty.
08Serve with bread or rice.
