Meatballs with Cream Sauce

INGREDIENTS

Place oil and butter in saucepan, heat over medium heat, and fry the meatballs.

Add onions and garlic. Stir until they soften.

Add cooking cream, water, coriander and carrots.

Let the mixture simmer over low heat until it thickens.

Pour mixture into casserole and spread shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Cover with foil and place in oven for 12 minutes.

Remove foil, and bake for a couple of minutes until crusty.

Serve with bread or rice.

  1. 1 bag of Alwadi Meatballs
  2. 200 grams Cooking Cream
  3. 75 grams chopped Coriander
  4. 100 grams Carrots cut into slices
  5. 220 grams Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  6. ½ cup Water (200ml)
  7. 2 Onions cut into slices (135 grams)
  8. 2 cloves of minced Garlic (25 grams)
  9. Oil and Butter for frying (200 grams)
